Micro welding, otherwise known as precision welding is specially designed for the fast welding of small but delicate parts. This welding process is mostly done to make the welding of thin metal, usually about half an inch, much more efficient and effective. This type of welding is mostly used in the manufacturing of electronics, lasers, solar panels, aircraft, computers, and jewelry.
The process of micro welding is a special form of welding that uses a smaller arc than traditional welding. This reduces the time for welding and also increases the efficiency of the whole process. The materials that are commonly used to make these types of devices are copper, brass, aluminum and steel. Most of the equipment and processes involved in micro-welding are used using high-pressure air and water.
