Hi all I'm putting in a simulator in my garage with a 10' par2pro retractable screen. I still need to be able to put the car in the garage at times so looking for ideas on the epoxy flooring phoenix. I have purchased gym mats as a base and then artificial putting turf and was going to just lay all this permanently and drive the car over but although the turf is very durable I am concerned about it getting dirty from the car wheels and indentations. my thoughts on options 1. Jet wash it down every now an again. 2. Cover turf with a made to measure tarpaulin that can be rolled up when using the sim 3. Don't bother with gym mats and just use artificial turf that can be rolled up. Is there a a need for a base layer? (need to send back to amazon if that's the case) 4. Use a tarpaulin to cover base mats and roll the turf up. apart from no.1 all the other options require a bit of time to set up and take down. Interested to see what others have done where their sim doubles up as a car garage |
