Scouting The 2019 NFL Draft: Week 4 Scouting Guide This week includes a lot of great matchups for a lot of good prospects. I will be prioritizing games with prospects that fit our primary needs. Those are as follows: Edge Youth Steve McLendon Jersey , T, RB, G, TE and CB. With the emergence of Lee finally playing like a starting NFL LBer, I will be removing ILBer from the list.Here are just a few games to check out, and who you should keep a keen scouting eye on throughout.Georgia Vs. Missouri (Sat 9/22, 12:00 PM EST, ESPN)Edge, D’Andre Walker, Georgia (#15)Walker is a long physical specimen who has all the tools to be a great edge rusher. It would be nice to see him in a more expanded role.RB, Damarea Crockett, Missouri (#16)Crocket is my kind of RB. He is hard to tackle because he is very shifty. I am in love with his jump cut. It’s what happens once he is actually hit that concerns me. RB, Elijah Holyfield, Georgia ( #13)Holyfield is a very smooth runner. As soon as he gets the ball in his hands you can see the patience and vision at work. His smooth cuts make him hard to wrap up.TE, Albert Okwuegbunam, Missouri (#81)Albert has the size weight combo scouts drool over, and does a very nice job with contested throws. His blocking and rout running will need to be fixed.TE, Isaac Nauta, Georgia (#18)Isaac is a size/speed, matchup monster. He has shown an affinity for catching away from his body. As far as blocking, Nauta shows great promise and ferocity.CB, Deandre Baker, Georgia (#18)Baker is a bit of a conundrum. Is he a corner? Is he a safety? His lack of long speed and hip flexibility is troubling, but he makes up for it with technique and physicality. Other Notable prospects: QB, Drew Lock Womens Jason Myers Jersey , Missouri #3 - WR, Emanuel Hall, Missouri #84 - DT, Tyler Clark, Georgia #52 - DT, Terry Beckner, Missouri #5 - S, J.R. Reed, Georgia #20 Stanford Vs. Oregon (Sat 9/22, 8:00 PM EST, ABC)Edge, Jalen Jelks, Oregon (#92)Jelks has a long frame, and is extremely quick off the line. Oregon lines him up inside and guards and centers can’t handle his speed at all.OT, A.T. Hall, Stanford (#75)Hall is very smooth mover at tackle, and would look very good in our outside zone blocking scheme.RB, Bryce Love, Stanford (#20)Love is one of the best running backs coming out this year. You will be hard-pressed to find a RB with Love’s speed that is as fluid and ellusive.G, Jake Hanson, Oregon (#55)Hanson has great hand placement and technique. When he latches on to his blocks, he doesn’t break easily.G, Brandon Fanaika, Stanford (#71)Brandon is short and stocky and uses his hands to perfection to win and win early. He pulls well, and would also fit our scheme.TE http://www.jetsfootballauthentics.com/sam-darnold-jersey-authentic , Kaden Smith, Stanford (#82)Kaden has all the characteristics of a NFL caliber TE, but he needs to put it all together and have it translate on the field.CB, Alijah Holder, Stanford (#13)Alijah is a strong cover corner, who uses his physicality at the line to win. Might not be fast enough to hand with downfield weapons at the next level. Might be an option for safety.Other Notable prospects: QB, Justin Herbert, Oregon #10 - LBer, Bobby Okereke, Stanford #20 - WR, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, Stanford #19Wisconsin Vs. Iowa (Sat 9/22, 8:30 PM EST, FOX) Edge, Anthony Nelson, Iowa (#98)Nelson isn’t a flashy edge guy, but he does everything well. Anthony is very technically sound and gets the job done on all 3 downs.Edge/Off-Ball LBer, Andrew Van Ginkel, Wisconsin (#17)Andrew is very athletic and great in space. Had over 6 sacks last year, but will need to add some weight and strength to be more effective as an edge.OT, David Edwards, Wisconsin (#79)Edwards is one of the premier tackles coming out this year. He is strong and uses his power to plow open running lanes.OG, Beau Benzschawel, Wisconsin (#66)Has that prototypical boxy frame that will do Beau well on the interior at the next level. Will probably do better in man blocking schemes.OT/OG/C, Michael Deiter http://www.jetsfootballauthentics.com/leonard-williams-jersey-authentic , Wisconsin (#63)There is no shortage of draft worthy linemen at Wisconsin. Deiter is a very good bookend opposite of Edwards. He can play every position along the line as well. He will probably kick inside at the next level.TE, Noah Fant, Iowa (#87)Fant is a freakish athlete and a two-way tight end. He takes very good angles on blocks, and maintains them.
