Food drying is a process whereby dried foods, such as grains and seasonings, are crushed and packed into cans and other containers to prevent spoilage, and then allowed to air dry. The machines we use to dry food we all know – we know what we need to buy and how it works. What we don’t know yet is how all those parts work together and how they can make our drying process easier and more efficient.
