This is an order for overhead cranes sold to Nigeria in 2022. The customer purchased a LZ type grab bucket 3 ton overhead crane from our crane factory. The order was placed in the factory on July 1st and the production tasks for all crane components were completed on August 3rd. On August 13th, we received the balance payment from the customer, and on August 25th, we sent the piece weight scale to the customer for confirmation. We will ship our products to Nigeria on October 31st. This is the second time that the customer has purchased crane equipment from our company. Structural principle of grab bridge crane
The grab bridge crane uses the grab as a lifting tool. During the preparation of raw materials in advance, it can perform unloading, stockpiling, clearing, loading, and feeding work. Grab bridge cranes are generally applicable to the lifting of general goods in various factories and mining enterprises. They are equipped with special lifting tools such as grab buckets to carry out special operations.

The key components of a grab bridge crane are a box type cable bridge, a grab car, a truck operating mechanism, a driver’s cab, and an automatic control system for electrical equipment. The handling equipment is a grab bucket capable of crawling and retrieving bulk raw materials.

The grab bridge crane has an opening and closing mechanism and a lifting mechanism. The grab is suspended on the opening and closing mechanism and the lifting mechanism by four galvanized steel wire ropes. The opening and closing mechanism driver grabs the bucket to close, crawls raw materials, and immediately starts the lifting mechanism after the bucket mouth is closed, so that the four galvanized steel wire ropes are evenly loaded for lifting work. When pouring, only the opening and closing mechanism is activated, and the bucket mouth is subsequently extended to skew the raw material.
