Before operation:

1. Check the brake, hook and wire rope according torequirements,andeliminate the abnormal phenomenon firstly.

2. The operator must confirm that there is no people on the walking platform or track before closing the power supply. When the power protector is locked or there is a notice board, the operator should remove it before connecting the power supply.

During operation:

1. After the gantry operation (assembly) is completed, the load trial lifting shall be carried out; the trial lifting is divided into static load and dynamic load,which used to check the operation capacity, bearing capacity, stability and reliability of each system.

2. When lifting a heavy object for the first time( or when it reaches the maximum weight) , the heavy object should belowered again when it is lifted 30 cm above the ground. Check the performance of the brake and carry out normal operation after it is confirmed to be

3. When the gantry is running, it should be parallel and stable without any distortion.

4. Overloading is strictly prohibited.

5. During the operation, a special person shall be assigned to give unified command, other personnel shall have clear job division andunified contact signal shall be determined.

6. No one is allowed to stand under the gantry and the suspended objects.

7. When running on the gantry, people are not allowed to stand under the goods.
